The Orland D12-200 is a 12V 200Ah valve-regulated sealed lead-acid maintenance-free battery. Utilizing advanced manufacturing processes and high-quality materials, it offers long service life, high reliability, and broad temperature adaptability, making it suitable for various backup power scenarios.

1. Maintenance-Free Design

   • Incorporates Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, where the electrolyte is immobilized within the separator, eliminating the risk of leakage. No need to add distilled water or check electrolyte levels during use.
   • Sealed valve-regulated structure with a gas recombination efficiency ≥98%. Oxygen and hydrogen generated during charging undergo internal cyclic reactions, preventing acid mist leakage and ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.

2. Long Life and High Reliability

   • Utilizes lead-calcium multi-alloy plates, enhancing corrosion resistance. The design life under float charging conditions can reach over 10 years (at 25°C).
   • Supports deep discharge (discharge depth ≥80%) with a cycle life ≥300 cycles (at 100% discharge depth), making it suitable for frequent charging and discharging scenarios.

3. Low Self-Discharge and High Stability

   • High-purity raw materials reduce the self-discharge rate. At 25°C, the monthly self-discharge rate is ≤3%, retaining ≥90% capacity after six months of storage.
   • Automated production processes ensure battery consistency (voltage difference within the same batch ≤0.03V, internal resistance difference ≤5%), making it suitable for series or parallel configurations.

4. Broad Temperature Adaptability

   • Operating temperature range: -20°C to 50°C (discharge), -10°C to 40°C (charge), ensuring stable performance in both high and low-temperature environments.
   • Capacity retention rate ≥85% at -10°C discharge; self-discharge rate increases to only 5%/month when stored at 40°C.

5. Safety and Convenience

   • Equipped with a built-in pressure relief valve (opening pressure 10–35kPa) to prevent internal overpressure. The casing is made of flame-retardant ABS material (UL94 V-0 rated).

Usage Precautions

• Installation: Avoid use in sealed containers; ensure adequate ventilation. For series connections, ensure secure connections between batteries to prevent poor contact.
• Temperature Management: In high-temperature environments, it is recommended to install cooling devices (e.g., air conditioning or fans). In low-temperature environments, preheating modules can improve charging efficiency.
• Storage: For long-term storage, fully charge the battery and perform a supplementary charge every 3 months. The storage environment should be dry, clean, and free of corrosive gases.
